But cannot see exchange ip profile on my line from BTw speed test. Here is my latest modem stats:

Attenuation (dB) 11.3 0.0
Output Power (dBm) 12.4 -1.2
Attainable Rate (Kbps) 90425 32349
Rate (Kbps) 79987 19999

Re: BTw Performance Test via Further Diagnostics

Your IP Profile would only change if the sync speed drops.
As you monitor your line stats minute by minute (or maybe even second by second), I'm sure you would be asking the CRT staff for an explanation if your sync speed was to drop.

Re: BTw Performance Test via Further Diagnostics

My sync rate haven't drop for a year (except one of them few months ago when DLM was reduced my sync rate to 70Meg because of my own fault of swapped over modem) but DLM had restored it back to 79Meg within few days.
@ AndyH I have to kept an eyes on that one:
Attainable Rate (Kbps)	90425

If it went down to 79987 then my sync rate will fall down?

Re: BTw Performance Test via Further Diagnostics

Now you are demonstrating your ignorance. The Attainable Rate stated by the Modem is nothing more that its estimate of what sync rate might be achieved based on the current sync rate and the prevailing noise at the instant that Attainable Rate is given, if there was no limit on the sync rate. It is nothing more, nothing less than an estimate. That is also true whether it is vDSL or ADSL. So for practical purposes it can be ignored!
Also, as your sync rate hasn't changed then neither will your IP Profile have changed  Roll_eyes

Re: BTw Performance Test via Further Diagnostics

As ever, when we have updates, we'll post back. As of, now, there are no updates, which is why we've not posted back yet.
It's important we find out what's causing the issue, however, it's out of our hands, it's with BT.

No, That's up to me. .......

Actually, it would be up to the mods. As others are still having problems, I doubt it would be locked, the mods apply a bit of common sense you know Roll_eyes

Re: BTw Performance Test via Further Diagnostics

Right, we know that some will still be having issues getting the further diagnostics tests to run. If you are still having problems can you let us know the time you tried the test and if possible provide a screenshot of the error (hiding any phone numbers etc that may show on the screen).
