Appreciate it's been a while since I last looked at this!
Steve Crookes is also investigating too. Sorry for any delay, but please leave it with us for further investigation.

Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information.

It's been working OK for the last few months for me (ADSL), but on a few occasions in the past the further diagnostics have refused to play no matter how long I waited, producing the error message already referred to instead.

Quote from: goldenfibre Why can't Plusnet add on the member account like this below:
Something like this Max ?
At a click of a button in clueless,,,,,,
Quote BT Test E2E Access Test/DCN:Inconclusive Unble to find fault in BTW. OR test rejected/Timed Out.
Down: (79.9/79.6/79.8) Up: (20.0/20.0/20.0) tx rate Tx rate (adjusted)
NA 0.128M-80M Downstream, Interleaving Off - 0.128M-20M Upstream, Interleaving Off
As I said many times aaisp is ideal for the discerning users like goldenfibre
