BTW Diagnostic test won't work

Ever since I have had Fibre I have been unable to run the BT Wholesale Diagnostic test.
The speed part of the test runs but the furether diagnostic part returns this error.

As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information

I am using the FTTC part of the test.
Is there a solution to this issue?

Have you tried accessing the speed test directly here? http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
In case you're experiencing speed issues we do request that customers try this but it's not essential if you can't get it to work.
