Why are BT sh.. it is getting worse on here for customer service.

Personally I think Plusnet should follow BT in terms of bringing out 52/10. 

After all it would be a bit more easier since they are owned by BT

They are going to need to do something to maintain their price differential as the new BT 55/10 has the same base cost as Plusnet 80/20

I may be wrong but , 52 is now the minimum connection on BT .

But upload they say "As well as fast download speeds, upload times are also faster with a BT Infinity speed boost. "  ?

They are in theory correct about upload as many providers including Plusnet and TalkTalk have 2mb upload (excluding legacy packages) but Sky have a 10mb cap.
