BT line profile reset?

BT line profile reset?

I have just been upgraded to the 50\10 however although the profile on the BT wholesale speedtester shows my upload profile has changed however the download has not changed.
Is this an error or a limitation with my line?

Testing your line is reporting a potential fault, I'm not sure if we'll be able to get your speed increased but it might be worth reporting a speed fault at https://faults.plus.net

Thanks Chris, I have recently had an engineer out after a weekend where my line dropped constantly and my speed was reduced to 20MB, the engineer could see no faults at the time and reset my profile to get me back up to full speed.
Are you able to provide any more info as I have had issues previously when logging a fault due my connection not dropping enough to have BT take a look.
