BT fibre discconnected no plusnet fibre!

Hi All,
I am in the process of moving from BT to Plusnet for both fibre and phone line.
I received a text stating my fibre would be transferred on the 11th, however this morning my BT fibre connection is now not working!
I was using the BT Hub 5 but have put back in the white Vdsl box and the plusnet router.
The White box indicates I have a DSL connection, however I cannot login into either BT or Plusnet.
I assume BT have disconnected me early and plusnet have not activated my fibre account at their end?
Could someone please activate my line asap, as the kids went nuts this morning without internet! Lol.
My user name is same as the plusnet login name, phone number ends  4980
If you need any further info just ask.

Hi there,
I've just activated your account with us as it looks like that didn't happen automatically as intended.
You should be able to connect fine now but reply back here if there's any problems.
