BT Wholesale doesn't show profile speeds anymore?

Hi all, 

Has anyone noticed that the BT Wholesale speed test doesn't show you the profile of the line anymore?

That's because you have only done the first level test. If you continue to the further diagnostics then you will see it.

Having said that it is really meaningless if you're worried about your current speed, it's just a percentage of your current synch speed. It isn't used to cap your speed.

@Baldrick1  - I did and entered the circuit number, but no joy.

When you say no joy what do you mean? Did it stick and not complete the test? it works for me.

Either way this is where it shows your BT data profile. Why do you want to see it, have you got a speed problem?

@Baldrick1 Yes I have got a speed problem. My line normally syncs at around 52mbps. I am currently syncing at 39mbps which is below the guaranteed speed I should be getting.
