Had fibre installed 2 weeks ago, speed was 35MB then went down to 29Mb after 1 week, i had email from plusnet to say it was below minimum speed, BT wholesale speed test shows 18.96MB, can i cancel without any cost.
Have you reported a fault and given time for it to be fixed?
why would you be allowed to cancel - until the fault is fixed you will have the same problem!
