@Strat it always like this in Firefox Quantum 57.0 (64-bit) via btw speedtester which it given incorrect throughput speed on downstream.

I have no problem in Chrome show a correct downstream throughput speed.

For anyone still struggling to complete the further diagnostics in any web browser, our suppliers need the timestamp the test was run and the error message too as the tests seem to be working fine on their end for your connections.

Can people post up here? Or PM me if you prefer.

I haven't been able to run the further diagnostic part of the test for some time either, also the download part of the speed test is wrong also and this is via a Ethernet connection, further diagnostic fails with the following

 time of test was at 16:15

1. Best Effort Test: Download Speed : 35.18 Mbps 2. Upstream Test: Upload Speed : 10.24 Mbps Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service.
