Well, another week end and working day passed with BTw Performance Tester (further diagnostics) still refusing to disclose BRAS IP profiles, pity, as I have had an expected post upgrade DLM re-synch (5 days after event) and would have liked to see where my IP profiles currently stand.

Not PN's fault I'am sure, we are all at the mercy of BTw / OR who will sort this out eventually I suppose !

I doubt BTw doesn't seem care about it. I give up. BTw should upgraded to HTML5 (as flash isn't anymore on most devices and pc now) as many speed test via TTB , few others are now running test without the need of flash player.

Ran 4th times but doesn't work:

Under further Broadband Diagnostic Test:

Many thanks for your further response to this issue which I appreciate is very likely with BTw.

As per goldenfibre's reply, afraid still not working for me either.

3 consecutive attempts using Pale Moon Browser all failed on "further diagnostics".
3 consecutive attempts using Firefox Browser all failed, I do know there are speed reporting issues with Firefox but the "further diagnostics" feature has historically always worked correctly displaying BRAS IP profiles.

Back to BTw again I'am afraid !

Worked for me a few minutes ago using chrome.

IE, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Moon & Chrome, all not working just for information for BTw.

Yep just a few days back it wasn't working probably 90% of the time. If I did it enough times I eventually got a result.
