BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test Faulty

Has anyone elses manage to get this working? it's appear to be faulty test by btw to pick up from bras ip profile rate

it works for me , but it says my upload is only 5 ??  not 17

It hasn't worked correctly for me for weeks. The diagnostics procedure doesn't complete.

Hi All,

The issue with performance tests failing has been raised before to our supplier. I've checked all of your details internally and have raised your circuits to BT again for investigation.  Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

It can take a while to get a response, but I hope within a few weeks, you should all be able to use the performance tester again.

Ticked off at our supplier now.

Based on the report there @Browni I would hazard a guess that any VLAN move is also causing the performance test to break again.

I've sent on your details too and asked them to investigate why there is a recurrance of the old problems.  I'm doing my best to escalate this higher up the chain.

A bit hit and miss here too.

It was working fine until a few days a go, now get the same message as per OP.

However, it has always been like this for years!! Though I wonder if it's seeing an unusual amount of PN IP's hitting it....?

 

edit. Just tried again and the Please wait while we test your connection is repeated directly below the original - it does vanish quickly.

I have raised an incident with the respective team to investigate this issue on high priority and will keep you posted on updates.
