BT Sport from Plusnet

Hi,

I just added BT Sport from Plusnet for £5 per month but I just saw an ad on Plus Net's "my account" web page(please see the attachment), It just £2.5 per month for 6 months, why I cant get this offer?

I'm sorry that you weren't made aware of the £2.50 for six months offer when you added the BT Sport app to your account. I've had a look at your account to see whether we can move you onto this offer.
