BT Openreach Modem for new Property

I've just moved to a new house and taken the opportunity to change my Standard Broadband to a Fibre Package. I've received my new PlusNet Router but do I also need a white BT Openreach Fibre Modem? I remember seeing one when I viewed the property however the sellers have taken it with them. We have one on the end of our line at work too, so I'm concerned PlusNet have assumed I already have one at the new property and the new PlusNet Router will not work without it.

Fix

If you have the Plusnet Hub One then you do not need a modem as it is an all in one device (combined modem and router)

If you look at the support page, is your device shown https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/router-user-guides/ and if so which one?

Re: BT Openreach Modem for new Property

If you have the newer Hub 1 then it does not need the Openreach box. It will work well without.
