Hi
Everything has gone smoothly relative to activation and simple details change on the router.
What I am concerned about , even though I have left BT the BT WIFI/FON still seems to be broadcasting, I am at complete loss as to disabling it. Naturally I would expect an issue like this would be against T&Cs on plusnet. Basically I am wondering what I need to do to disable the WIFI/FON function?
I have tried speaking to BT and it falls on deaf ears, everyone telling me to go to MyBT which doesn't make a damn difference.
Does anyone know of a way to contact someone at BT who may have a clue whats happening and how to fix it?

I hadn't thought of that, however thanks to your suggestion it has removed FON.
Thank you
