BQM Packet drops
My ThinkBroadband BQM is showing an increasing number of packet drops on my line from 7 ish this morning and I'm getting slowish responses from web and poor line quality in Skype.
The plusnet Ping Graphs show mine and some other customers with the same problem.
Tracert showed my connection as follows;
18 ms 18 ms 18 ms lo0.central10.psb-bng02.plus.net [126.96.36.199]
19 ms 18 ms 19 ms 411.be6.psb-ir02.plus.net [188.8.131.52]
Have disconnected and reconnected the router to see if it resolves the problem with the connection now as follows;
18 ms 17 ms 17 ms lo0.central10.psb-bng03.plus.net [184.108.40.206]
19 ms 18 ms 18 ms 411.be7.psb-ir01.plus.net [220.127.116.11]

Some guy had the same earlier, dropped the session and all was well....
your not alone!
