BILLING

Hi. Since switching to fibre a couple of months back i haven't been billed.

My account online says my next bill is due 28th August 2019.

Everything is working perfectly & apart from not being billed we are very pleased with the internet & phone service.

Don't like to complain but i don't want to end up with a 6 month backdated bill or worse legal action taken against me for non payment.

I'm really sorry to hear about this. There are a number of customers who are experiencing the same issue and our back-office teams are working through it as quick as they can. 

 

You will never be billed for more than 90 days of service. This amount would have been coming out each month due to the contract that was agreed, please put this money to one side each month until a fix is in place and we request the 90 days from yourself.
