I've done everything, even reinstalled win 8.1 from 10 and still the same error. Just as I'm about to go into the game it kicks me out saying your network connection may not meet the minimum requirements / latency.
Router rebooted, PC formatted, multiple re installs. I've concluded it must be a Plusnet issue. I never had this issue at my old house on Virgin.
I'd like to add I have no issues with any other MP games that I play.
Can anyone help or know of a problem thats going on?
Thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hello, Thanks for the reply.
I get 70 to 76 down and 16 to 19 up, speed wise connection seems good. I'm hardwired to the router. I've just had my line tested by plsunet they said there are no issues, I want to test with a VPN but not sure wich one will work with BF1, if it works via VPN then its an isp issue ?

Right I've used a VPN and it now works everytime so this must be a ISP / Plusnet issue correct?

ok. Plusnet adviser advised me to leave router off for an hour to force new IP. I've done that and indeed the IP has renewed however it still will not connect to BF1 unless I use a VPN, surely this is now a plusnet issue.

Hello, Thanks for the reply but the VPN has proved its an ISP issue not a local issue.
Here's a UO Trace attached too.

If you are using Plusnet DNS, try changing those to Google DNS or OpenDNS.

I tried changing the DNS, After proving it works via VPN I called plusnet again, they advised a router reset to factory settings, I had done this before but this time its resolved the issue, Very strange but I'm thankful its all now working it was my one and onlu problem to what has so far been a great service.
