BBC iPlayer Issues

Used BBC iplayer last night and several occasions we had buffering issues, during a program and when starting a program (wouldn't seem to load).
This using a two year old Panasonic LED tv with a wired ethernet connection.
After browsing the internet for some answers, it seems to primarily be a BT infinity issue, however, seeing as Plusnet belong to BT, i was wondering if its the same reason?
My connection is a reasonably steady 63Mbps.
When i was Sky (25Mbps) everything worked fine.
Any help appreciated.

I've had the same issues while watching holby city on iplayer (catchup) in SD 10 mins into it it buffered then resumed playback before stopping completely speed is not an issue my side more than enough bandwidth available .

Always suffered from this problem & still do, quite often service is not available

Is it occurring all the time or a specific time of day?

It can happen anytime of the day i did try an alternative DNS google and open DNS to rule that out but was the same issue so think it could be an issue on iplayers content delivery side of things .

Last night we watched it for 4 hours and seemed to behave itself, although, thinking about it, we watched in SD.
