Awaiting fibre order - no update

I recently had my phone line installed, all seems well now and i've received confirmation that it is fully operational. Fantastic I thought.
Until now, where I am still waiting to hear about my actual Fibre order which I still don't know if it's been placed or not. I posted against an open question I had in support but have heard nothing which is a bit annoying.
Is there anyone who can give it a poke and find out for me please?

Sorry to see that this hasn't gone through. I can see your ticket and I'll give one of the prov guys a poke to try to progress it for you.
