Awaiting broadband activation

I am unable to plug my router in until the confirmation is given, that my line has gone active, currently stuck at awaiting activation step 5. Was told Internet will be activated today.

Mate Its joke I have been pasted from pillar to post since Tuesday and still have no internet I'm get up with them.
