Availabilty?

Just tried www.broadbandchoices.co.uk to see what is
available in the area that we could be relocating to.
Results state PlusNet Fibre Optic available at the address.
But on the PlusNet Main site when I use "Check What's Available where You Live"
the results say that Fibre Optic is not available!
Why is that?

Can you confirm what shows as available when checking your phone number on http://dslchecker.bt.com please.
If Wholesale/Openreach records state that FTTC is not available, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to order this for you.
