Hello I have orange light with red b. It asked me to sign in to my router using my sign in details and the page just refreshes when I click connect. No message to say password is incorrect just doesn’t respond at all when I click on connect just tries to load but doesn’t. Can any body help I work from home and this is really impacting me not having access to internet.

The red 'b' implies that there isn't a broadband signal on the line.
