OK rant time again .... I have trouble sleeping so 12.50 gets a brew and noticed orange light of death on hub one ... it is now 2.10 am and still orange light of death. Have done the usual .. nothing .... and I've checked service status which states no known issues so whyyyyyyyy !!!Huh?
If it's not speeds dropping to zilch it's the orange light of death and despite the customer service reps being lovely .. lovely don't give me Internet !!!

I pay nearly 30 pounds a month and you would assume I'd have at least 1 day with no problems.

Sorry to hear you experienced a drop in your connection


Apart from that single drop, our tests aren't showing any issues.


Do you have problems using a wired or wireless connection?
