So you are OK with honest criticism of Plusnet services and won't block this in the future like a real Forum?

So back on topic, over a month further down the line things are getting worse, latest data from Sam Knows shows less than 28Mb & we're now getting buffering in the evening (please don't mention WiFi)

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with the speeds. I've taken a look into this issue today and sent you a response via the open fault ticket on your account which can be viewed here.

 

Please let us know how the suggested steps go and if there are still further issues, please let us know and upload the results of your speed test through speedtest.btwholesale.com as advised in the ticket.
