Prime dropped out last night, it came back but 99 days out of 100 it's fine.
Checked speed today @ 1200 hours.
Dropped from 36 ish most days to 30 today (BT checker) which is below my contracted low speed. Speed had been 42 after recent profile reset, this dropped to a consistent 36
Power cycle of router made little difference, Upload changed from normally 10 to 2 earlier today to 7.5 after power off/on
Response (ping) is a LOT worse at 38 to 56, normally on BT less than 38.

Have not bothered to call, appreciate the present situation, but if it does not increase above contracted by late afternoon will do so.
