Approved third party routers

Is there any advice on third party routers that are able to connect to the Plusnet network.

@GunterSchimmel

You can use any third parti ADSL/VDSL modem/router or with a bit of setting up a BT Home Hub 5 or Smarthub 6, you will find the instructions for setting BT hubs on the router board. Settings for third party routers here.  https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/broadband-connection-settings/

Re: Approved third party routers

I am seeing a 20Mbs drop out on wi-fi versus an ethernet connection. I'm wondering if a more powerful wi-fi router will help or considering a mesh system.

Re: Approved third party routers

Thanks that's very helpful. Primarily I'm seeing a big drop off over wi-fi v ethernet. I know there will be a difference but wonder if a more powerful router v the Plusnet one will help deliver a better signal?
