Appauling....

My fibre service after being rock solid for months suddenly went down LAST Thursday, I notified Plusnet immediately, told to wait three days. No one got back to me, I rang to be informed BT had found a phone fault and all would be working again, nope... Still dead. Raised the issue again, had to raise another fault? Latest, Plusnet are convinced my OReach modem is turned off, had to tell them its never been off, still waiting for a response and fix. 7 days to fix a fault is not on! Roll on end of contract, I never thought I'd say this about Plusnet but they simply just don't care, maybe it's after they have been bought by BT I don't know, tried ringing them today three times, each time advised would be approx 1hr to answer, don't think so.
Very very unhappy customer.
