Apparently I'm on BT now...

Just did a speedtest after a quick router reboot (was acting up during GTA Onine this morning) and on reconnecting the VDSL modem, Speedtest says that the fibre's on BT...

I know PN has a few different names for the various servers available, but, I didn't think one would actually be a BT one...
That said, the connection's nice and stable..........

It will be the IP address that the router was assigned when you rebooted it's not uncommon for addresses from other ISP's or even other countries to be issued,  If it's not causing you issues i wouldn't worry about it.
