My service switched to Plusnet on 20/4/20, to say I'm regretting the decision is an understatement. There has been one problem after another. The switch was so badly handled an engineer has to be sent out a couple of days later to correct the connections and install a new master socket. I had been assured by Plusnet that I would hear within 10 working days (after an investigation at the exchange) regarding my appalling Fibre speed, approximately half of what it should be. I chased the issue only to be told they want another engineer to attend my property with no explanation why.
