Just looking through todays crop of topics, and not noticed any replies from PlusNet staff. Could well be me and my bad eye's, but just wondering if something up behind the scenes, old cynic that I have become! ^-)
Oddly, when trying to post earlier, I lost the internet connection at the point of send, and when trying to post this, it couldn't and I got a strange message.

Currently away from home, but assume all reasonable thanks, if you overlook the 5Mbps speed drop since last Monday.  Despite being told this morning that I can't really expect to go faster according to the figures, I did, which makes accepting slower harder.

Sorry, I'm occasionally a little neglectful of Fibre and ADSL (not intentional). The cavalry AKA Mr Walker arrived in the office at 11:30.
