Any other Fibre availability checker?

We have recently had our very first cabinet installed in our village as we were previously all on Exchange Only lines and with a FTTC install date by the OpenReach Coming Soon PDF of March they have also put in place along side the larger fibre cab
I've been checking using the BT DSL Checker and also DigitalScotland and Superfast website but I've been forever stuck at Coming Soon
The output from the DSL checker is attached as well as my current router sync rates
My queries are therefore if there is any other checker to give me more information as when I should expect to be able to place an order and also going by my current sync if I should be hopeful to get good speeds with the upgrade?
I'm currently syncing what looks like at the maximum (8Mb) but as of this post only able to pull around 2Mb down

Have you checked the IP profile and the Current Line Speed (see my sig for that one)

Ah is that from the coming soon PDF?
It must have updated as it previously said March

They've stopped updating that one (it became very misleading!) - I've got an internal one, but again it's subject to change.
The good thing is that you have the cabinet in place and the handover exchange (Turriff) is already set up. It's a BDUK funded cab and these seem to be a priority at the moment.
