I would like to thank Plusnet for the recent excellent service. The fault I reported was dealt with in a timely and professional manner but there is one item that needs attention. Several SMS messages were sent by Plusnet and one of them requested a reply - the last line on the SMS stated that the sender does not support replies!! I know that Plusnet does not support SMS short codes so perhaps a good number could be provided in the message. Apart from that, thank you all very much.

Ere the textx not a copy of what is included on the tickets?
Tickets are the way to communicate with PN, and you can and should reply via them.

You should have been able to send a text back to us, I suspect that the text message the adviser triggered on the ticket was set as one-way in error, rather than two-way. Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.

Either way though you can respond to a ticket online via your account regardless as long as it's an open ticket.
