Yeah i know, Ive been waiting for somebody to send me a tenner..... I did get a free 2704n, don't tell anybody though!
See.... Purfect.

And that's on speedtest4 too. Dodgy uploads... Or so I'm told... I'm sure someone said about it AGES ago!    Tongue
Nope. My lips are sealed. Won't tell a soul about the
free 2704n

EDIT:  Did I tell you I got a free ECI modem?    Cheesy
Right. On that note, I'm off!

Re: Any capacity issues?

The us throughput drops to other servers as well (single threaded)  ranges from near the max to less than 50% of what it should be  so not tbb speedtester
Another LAG tsunami  tonight  it would seem, who and what will Plusnet try and blame for this one i wonder ?
Deteriorating by the minute

I bet this Plusnet customer will have an unusable connection Packet loss is easily more than 2%
Update it's rinse and repeat time  "we will do you proud" that smells of bull....

Re: Any capacity issues?

You can see the ping increase from the end of last night(Sunday), to the left of the ping graph.
To the right is tonight up to now.

Re: Any capacity issues?

I have jumped several gateways in the last 20 mins only to have the same result

I am currently connected to ptw-bng01 previous was pcl-bng01 and ptw-bng02
I can't use skype now because of the latency being so poor.
I can understand if the whole country was online as a result of a major sports game etc, but poor throughput on several gateways proves there is a capacity issue surely?

Re: Any capacity issues?

It's very predictable. It's happening most evenings now between 8pm and 11pm.  Cry

Re: Any capacity issues?

Thats the problem I have with the whole issue its happening for many many users.
It could be great if the team were proactive when trying to resolve faults, all I had previously was a fairly lame reply in stating everything was "within limits", the default excuse was my line being estimated at 57Mb anything higher was a bonus.
Even now I can't watch iPlayer.
I should also add my pings are going up rapidly as eviidenced by the BQT below

Re: Any capacity issues?

My throughput is slow but graph fine with only tiny amounts of packet loss, but still loss none the less .
