So just when I thought it was over and PN was back on track:
You are currently connected to gateway pcl-bng03 (was on bng02 previously, bounced connection to see if it fixed it)
Tracing route to ntp.plus.net [212.159.6.10]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.254
2 13 ms 12 ms 13 ms lo0.10.central10.pcl-bng03.plus.net [195.166.130
.164]
3 12 ms 12 ms 12 ms irb.10.PCL-CR01.plus.net [84.93.249.81]
4 12 ms 12 ms 12 ms po2.pcl-gw01.plus.net [195.166.129.41]
5 11 ms 11 ms 11 ms cdns02.plus.net [212.159.6.10]
TBBQM don't look too pretty either (red line is me bouncing connection)
This is beginning to look like a repeat of 2015

Oh dear. Done a second bounce:
You are currently connected to gateway pcl-bng01

5 10 ms 10 ms 10 ms cdns02.plus.net [212.159.6.10]
So all good again but this is how 2015 started

And it strikes again. Had to bounce my connection to switch from pcl-bng01 to pcl-bng03.
The annoying/curious thing is that my connection hasn't dropped. My router's PPP session was over 13 days old so dates back to the last time I had to fix it. So it just looks like eventually the PN network barfs and changes my routing in the background.

I'm still waiting as my damn cables need replacing, down to previous home owner but I hope this isn't an issue for me or I can just lock it in.
But looking at the screenshots you posted, it would seem that the latency dropped.
Which is a good thing but you might have been having packet loss before hand, so this looks like a bad config to me.
I'm qualified in networking but I do not work for PT or any ISP currently or prior.

Only PN know what causes it and by their own admission they haven't got completely to the bottom of it. It was a right pain all through summer for some people but since September I'd been free of it. The classic symptoms are that whilst multi-threaded downloads run at full speed, single threaded downloads appear to be throttled.

My guess is Plusnet will hope this goes away when everyone is on the new network so most likely wont do anything further in fixing the cause unless of course the new network is the fix
