Another "Your broadband product change is now complete" post

Could someone please tell me when my upgrade will be completed? Still getting ADSL speeds after receiving this email.

Can't seem to find any info in my members area about what is happening.

I was one of those that posted on there hoping that someone from PN would respond, they didn't, hence the new thread
