Another new switchover to fibre that hasn't activated.......

Hi there

As others have posted on these forums, I have recently transferred my Broadband from an adsl account to a new FIB account and although we have had the email from you  saying that the transition is complete and all the boxes are ticked, including the taking of our changeover fee, and that we should now be getting around 30mbps, sadly we are still only testing at 3mbps. Any ideas why this would be? .... oh and please could you fix it ;-)

Sorry for any confusion, your upgrade is due to complete on Friday (16th) so you should see a speed improvement from then.

That's marvelous, thank you Chris, nice to have a date. We await to be amazed and transformed from steam power to the 21st century now the fiber has finally reached us out here ;-)
