Hi there, I had ADSL and new BT phone line installed after moving house last month (previously fibre customer) and had fibre upgrade Monday morning however still experiencing ADSL download speeds. Can my profile and line please be checked out? I was told it could take up to 10 days to stabilise but hasn't improved at all so far. Also tried unplugging BT fibre modem as last poster tried but no change to download, upload looks reasonable however. Thanks, after a reboot of router speed has improved 10 fold, now getting 32mbps download . As this appears to have been a mis configuration can I please have a rebate as fibre speed only now provided?
