Re: Another Outage

That's a very strange coincidence that the broadband and 3G both went down at the same time. There wasn't anything widespread overnight that I'm aware of that may have caused this, so it could have just been a local issue.

Re: Another Outage

I had a loss of "internet" on 11th, somewhere between 00:00 and 04:00 (Samknows speed test did not run at 04:00) and was still out at 08:00. The router was showing a connected session but a short session disconnect was needed to cure the problem.
However, there was "disruptive" maintenance in the "feed chain" scheduled between 02:00 and 06:00 (exchange THC).

We didn't see any disconnection on your line overnight, I'm still thinking it's very odd that you lose 3G connection at the same time and something else may be causing this.
@PeeGee
Generally maintenance like this shouldn't need you to reconnect in the router interface, the router should continue trying itself. Can you let us know if this continues to happen?

Re: Another Outage

@Chris
Sorry, I didn't mention that I have set my TL-WR1043ND router to "on demand" as I prefer that mode (effectively manual connect/disconnect but with the benefit of auto-connect if LAN to WAN traffic occurs Roll_eyes ) However, I have just remembered that the router had a session "up time" of 23 days (about 20 seconds less than the "reset/power up" time), so there was just a loss of internet access - no registered drop of session confirmed by the following router log extract. IIRC it had been connected to gateway ag04 (pcl-ag04?).
