To reschedule a BTOR engineer.
38 minutes to get through, describe i wanted to reschedule. Popped back on hold.Gave up after 1:34 total.
Fucking ridiculous. Get your act together Plusnet.
I didn't even get to reschedule after all that as I have other things to do than just sit and listen to shitty music all day.
