Am i getting what i signed up for ??

I signed up for fibre extra ,which advertised estimated download of 40 to 54mgbs and estimated upload of 7 to 10 mgbs ,but im on a constant 38 down and 1.75 up is this correct ,any help would be appreciated

The download is close but the upload is way off

It looks like the order had been placed incorrectly. I'll get that fixed and you should see the improvement from tomorrow, sorry about that.

The order completed this morning so you should be seeing higher speeds.
