Am I expected to pay full price for faulty internet?

As put. A ticket has been opened on an ongoing issue with intermittent outage (several times daily). I’ve spent the last week answering the same bloody question three times however I did ask if I would be expected to pay full price internet for this half rate service and was left unanswered? Surely Plusnet don’t expect customers to pay for faulty goods?

What issues specifically are you having and what checks have you done already? Refunds are generally looked at when a fault’s fixed

As I say a ticket has been opened and they’ve actually got someone coming out today I was just wondering what the policy was on billing when the service is faulty. I didn’t fancy waiting an hour on the phone so posted here. I take it a refund will be something I will have to pursue separately then?
