During the day for the past 4 days I have been getting a maximum of 5mbps download (dropping to 0.2 at times) and 6 upload. The upload speed is as promised but the download speed should be 30+. At off peak hours I get 20mbps consistently but during the day my connection is incredibly slow. A large majority of yesterday I had less than 1mbps download and thats pretty unusable.
Any assistance would be appreciated, Harrison.

Hi @hrsnyh,
I'm sorry that your download speed has been poor recently and for any inconvenience caused.
I've tested your line and the test has picked up an issue but it is unclear as to whether this is internal or external to your property:

As this is the case, we'll need to do some troubleshooting to try and narrow down the cause of the fault. I'd recommend starting with basic checks here.
If the basic checks don't resolve the problem, the next step would be to plug the connection into your test socket which is under the faceplate of your master socket and seeing if the drops stop. This rules out internal wiring, face plates and extension sockets as being the cause. Please see the guide here for instructions on how to connect to the test socket.
If the speed issue persists once you're connected to the test socket, please get back in touch and we'll retest your line whilst you're still connected to the test socket.
