Since August 12th Ive had no internet as all pages go straight to BT wholesale page.
I had an engineer (From BT Open reach) who came and claimed to not know about this page. He tested the line and said it must be the router. got sent back to PN and they said its not the router.
Basically, my internet 'connects' and i can see its connected. It says 'Internet access' - but as said only page i can access is this BT one.
Ive tried to change the DNS which still doesnt work.
Any ideas? Cant PN just contact BT?
I see on here this problem has been going on for years, so how can they not know what is wrong?
Im currently awaiting a call from faults who said they would get back to me on Monday.
