So yesterday I transferred to Plusnet and it seems that their fibre broadband comes with an arbitrary block on anything remotely adult in content.

Now I get this if you choose to opt in but I am an adult so how can I get this lifted?

That safeguard thing is already turned off.

If it's turned off the only sites that would be blocked are those by court order or on the IWF watch list as far as I know.
