Adding socket in second room for router

Hi, the socket for the router is currently in my son's bedroom. I have a standard telephone socket in the living room but would like to plug an additional router in there. How would I go about this...am guessing openreach get involved. Would I keep the same wifi address too? TIA

You can't connect 2 routers to the same telephone line I'm afraid.

What were you trying to achieve by adding a 2nd router, as there may be other ways to do it ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
