Activation

I got full dsl link but the ppp keeps failing to login staff said it would be achive by midnight now it’s nealt 7am next day and. Still orange light and red b can someone activate my account please my mobile is nearly out of data

I’ve got the same problem - they’ve told me my router is faulty but I’ve got to wait until next week for a new router to be delivered. Hope you get yours sorted out more easily.

@fx can you let us know how it goes when you receive your replacement router?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Looks like the new router has fixed the problem so it was a faulty router.

Ended up being a bt fibre card in exchange we put new router on as well to make sure there was no gremlins left
