I got full dsl link but the ppp keeps failing to login staff said it would be achive by midnight now it’s nealt 7am next day and. Still orange light and red b can someone activate my account please my mobile is nearly out of data
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Looks like the new router has fixed the problem so it was a faulty router.
