Activation / order complete


I am an existing customer moving over to fibre from conventional broadband. My order status says complete and to start plugging in the new hub I received last week but I didn't get an email to say the fibre is activated at all. Going on the order status, I tried the new router but I found it has the same line speed as my old router so I suspect a change hasn't been made yet on my line to convert to Fibre. I tried calling the helpline today but didn't get through and have an open question on my account which I haven't got an answer to. How can I get an update or confirmation that the switch to fibre has happened?
