Activation day today

So, today's the day. Switching from Sky to Plus net fibre. I am just wondering if it is safe to plug in the new router and leave it? Our Sky connection disconnected this morning at 8:30 so just waiting on a text to say the new activation is ready (is there a time frame on this?)

I've checked your orders and it looks like the phone order completed at 11:20 this morning, however your fibre order is still open.

This should hopefully complete by the end of today, however I'm sorry to say we can't provide a time frame on this further than any time up to midnight.

@Nostra99 Looking at the account, @tindal1's broadband order completed shortly after 6pm yesterday.
