Activation day and no internet and no fibre
My broadband was disconnected before 8am and waited till after 2pm for message to say the service is running. Unfortunately it's not. Called support and spent the next two hours on phone to be told engineer visit required. Not at all impressed so far

I'm having same issue. [-Censored-] plusnet. All other service transfers have been instant. Told that it can take until midnight but not holding my breath.... Not a good start.
